Inspired by ancient Kemet 's concept of 'nefer,' symbolizing beauty and foundation, we believe in literature's power to build us up from the ground up, from the inside out.
NEFER’s physical space is at ground level. I need my community to give its time and talents to creating this inspiring place in The Bronx, NY.
I am seeking in-kind donations from the true servants among us; the ones who rebel against selfishness and are witnesses to the power of community.
